You are required to join the update group
within 7 days, or your account will be suspended
until you do :(

You may NOT color outlines and
sell As Is. Nothing on this site may be sold
or added to a members area As Is.

Terms

1. First and foremost....
DO NOT share your username and password with anyone.
If caught doing this, you will immediately be removed and no refund will be given.

2. Your site must be a Family Friendly site to apply for membership.
If after joining we find that it is no longer a Family Friendly Site 
we reserve the right to cancel your membership and no refunds .

3. We would very much appreciate that one of the  logos be placed
on your site upon joining and left there even after your membership expires
as long as you are using any of our work and creations that you used while you were a
member here and anything you use after you are a member here. 
Our  membership logo  must be displayed on Your Own Website
and NOT on any sigtag or photo storage site or any place of this nature.
These places are NOT your own websites and are not acceptable.
No refunds will be given if you attempt to do this.
You MUST supply us with your website URL upon joining and a WORKING email addy.
If you do not give us your URL, your membership will not be approved and no refunds will be given. 


4. Please check the Terms of Use often to make sure you keep up with any changes made.
You are responsible to keep up with any changes made to 
Terms and to know about them since they are posted here and are freely accessable to you.


5. Please DO NOT resize any of our outlines, tubes, graphics, bases or anything offered on this site.
It distorts pixels and makes them look terrible. 
We will ask you to remove the resized or altered graphic first and if you continue to distort
or alter any pixels your membership will be cancelled and no refund given.



Acceptable Terms Of Use For Our Doll Bases/Outlines


1. All Bases/Outlines are to be colored in and or clothed. After you color the bases/outlines you can use them .
You may use them to make email stationary, websets, adoptions. premades and little trinkets for your site.

2. You are free to use our own tubes but please do not offer them as tubes on your own site or Membership Area.
or used in any of your own collections or called your own

3. Bases/outlines are not to be used for craft items such as embroidery patterns .
Line art may not be altered in any way.
You are now allowed to tube lineart (outlines)

4. Under NO circumstances are you to offer the bases/outlines in their original form for free or for a fee.

5. Do NOT make any changes to  bases/outlines and claim them as your own.
This is considered unacceptable and will violate our TOU's and your membership will be cancelled.

6. You might also find additional TOU's on the base/outline pages. Please abide by them. 

Acceptable Terms Of Use For Our Lineart

Lineart is for your personal use you may use it once colored in to make email stationary,
websets, adoptions. premades and little trinkets for your site. Unless you have a tube license 
you may NOT use the colored lineart for profit.
Custom and Exclusive lines requires a special license to tube
you must have a tube license first to purchase this.
You must link to us on all pages you are placing your tubes in members area.
If you make tube packs for profit a text link to the orignal outline creater
and Enchanted Pixels 4u is required on that page.

Acceptable Terms Of Use For Our Pixel Graphic Sets

1. The Pixeled Graphic Sets found in the members area are for Members Only.
Please DO NOT rip the sets apart and use the graphics within them for other uses.
This includes resizing them or altering them in any way.

2. Do not mix and match my graphic sets. They are to remain intact like they were created.
You must link each graphic set back to my site with the logo provided with
each set on the SAME page of the graphic set you are using.

3. The Graphic Sets may be purchased by you if you see something that you like.
At that time, the graphic set will be removed and not offered any longer upon receipt of your payment.

4. You may contact us by email for the price of the graphic set that you wish to purchase.
Purchased Graphic Sets must still contain our logo with a link back to our site.
Please do not allow anyone else to use them. They are for Members Only.
5. Please do not share the sets with anyone.....this is unacceptable and will
result in your membership being revolked.
6. You might also find additional TOU's on the graphic pages. Please abide by them. 


Acceptable Terms Of Use For Premades/Adoptables


1. Premades, adoptables, etc. are for your use only.
Do not pass them around in any online groups, mailing lists or friends.
They are not to be offered on your website as your own.

2.  Premades are Purchaseware and sold one time and not are not available again.
You  purchase and then sell or offer them as linkware on your own site. 
Adoptions are our work and are to be linked back to our site with the certificate  provided,
or the graphic itself linked back to our site. 

4. You MAY adopt a adoptable for a friend as long as they link it back to our site and their site is Family Friendly
and they have the 3 Protect Codes on their site or the page adoptables will be placed.

5. You might also find additional TOU's on the premades/adoptables pages. Please abide by them. 


Acceptable Terms Of Use For Our Own Pixel Tubes

1.  Pixel Tubes are for your use only.
You may create graphics with them, graphic scenes, email stationary and pretty much
anything that you wish and you may make a profit from them.

2. Please do not offer them on your personal site or in your members area as your own tubes.
You may add them to your own creations for personal use or for profit.
But please Do Not change the tube itself in any way.
This includes re-coloring, re-sizing or altering them in any way.
You may make your own scences and add your own text to them in their original form.
If we see that the tubes are misused, We WILL ask you to remove them and you will be notified by email of this infraction.
If it continues, then we will have no choice but to cancel your membership without any refunds given.

3. Please Do Not share our tubes with non-members, friends, family or through online groups.
